Alpha Omega Epsilon also serves as a professional sorority thus each semester we strive to promote and cultivate the highest standards of professionalism in the STEM field.
Networking
After 35 years as a sorority we have developed a strong alumni pool to network with us. As well as having a network of 45+ chapters across the country to help you get where you want to go! We also love to plan tours and speakers with different companies and professionals.
Life Skills
Some of professional our events come in the form of developing our life and Workplace skills. In the past we have done how to change a tire, money management, and leadership workshops.
Every semester we aim to do at least 3 professional events. These events have come in a multitude of different forms but they all ultimately aim to improve ourselves and our community.
Professional Workshops
From resume reviews to mock interviews we as sisters support each other through it all when it comes to entering the profession. We even provide opportunities to help you find a job after graduation.

Community Outreach
Every semester we try to do as much community outreach as possible. In the past we have held work shops for our peers and volunteered at events to get more kids in to STEM.
